Time Management is a tricky topic and. To cut to the chase: The ones of you who should be focussing on it more likely aren’t. Also: I should know - I’ve made an absolute mess of it in recent days.

Do you know how real life has a tendency of getting the better of all sorts of situations? I have been dealing with a burst pipe in my bathroom and spent the last couple of weeks organising plumbers, painters and decorators, keeping in touch with the management company, organising pictures and footage of the damage for the insurance company and on and on and on.

Never forget: Time is the only truly finite resource you have. In this regard you are the same as your customers and prospects. And, of course, your co-workers and business partners. A few minutes here and there quickly adds up. My habit of thanking people for their time comes from that simple realisation.
